采用熔融 /固态缩聚方法制备了聚L 乳酸。考察了不同催化剂、反应温度、反应时间和预聚物颗粒大小对固态缩聚反应速度的影响。结果表明 ,利用真空干燥箱 ,在适宜的反应条件下反应 ,有利于最终聚合物分子量的控制。
Poly (L-lactic acid) was prepared by melt / solid state polycondensation. The effects of different catalysts, reaction temperature, reaction time and prepolymer particle size on the solid state polycondensation reaction rate were investigated. The results show that the use of vacuum oven, under the appropriate reaction conditions, is conducive to the final polymer molecular weight control.
