目的 探讨磁力矫治器对生长发育期Angle Ⅲ类骨性错(牙合)的矫治效果。方法 采用国产永磁体磁块对15例生长发育期的Angle Ⅲ类骨性错(牙合)患者进行矫治,经X线头影测量、模型及面像分析,观察疗效。结果 15例患者的Ⅲ类面型均获得明显改善,上下(牙合)位均达Ⅰ类关系,疗效满意。结论 磁力矫治器对生长发育期Angle Ⅲ类骨性错(牙合)有明显疗效,其制作简单,结构小巧,容易测量和控制矫治力,患者易于接受。
Objective To investigate the effect of magnetic appliance on the treatment of Angle Ⅲ skeletal malocclusion during growth and development. Methods Fifteen patients with Angle Ⅲ skeletal malocclusion undergoing growth and development were treated with domestic permanent magnet magnetic block. The curative effect was observed by X - ray cephalometry, model and face image analysis. Results All the 15 cases of patients with type Ⅲ surface area were significantly improved, the upper and lower occlusal sites reached type Ⅰ relationship, with satisfactory results. Conclusion Magnetic appliance has obvious curative effect on Angle Ⅲ type bony malocclusion during growth and development. It has the advantages of simple manufacture, compact structure, easy measurement and control of orthodontic force, and easy acceptance by patients.
