同志们: 这次会议是经省人民政府批准,由省水土保持委员会主持召开的,这是全省今年召开的第二次水土保持规划工作会议,其任务是总结交流前段工作经验,安排部署下步规划工作。省委、省政府及上级业务部门对这次会议都很重视,黄河中游治理局刘副局长、黄委会冯工程师、北京林学院王教授、山西农大杜、王老师参加了会议,提了很多宝贵意见。我们希望各级领导和从事这项工作的同志,认真的把这项国家重点项目抓紧抓好,再接再励、密切协作,按时保质完成我省水土保持专项治理规划任务。 Comrades: This meeting was approved by the Provincial People’s Government and hosted by the Provincial Soil and Water Conservation Commission. This is the second water and soil conservation planning meeting held this year in the province. Its task is to summarize and exchange experience and arrangements Step planning work. The provincial party committee, provincial government and superior business departments attached great importance to this meeting. Liu Deputy Director of the Yellow River Administration Bureau, Feng Engineer of the Yellow River Committee, Professor Wang from Beijing Forestry College, Shanxi Agricultural University Du and Ms. Wang attended the meeting and made a lot of suggestions valuable opinion. We hope that leaders at all levels and comrades engaged in this work will pay close attention to this key national project and make persistent efforts to work closely together to accomplish the task of special management and planning for soil and water conservation in a timely manner and on a quality basis.
