目前,家庭养猫养狗日渐增多,过去较少见到的猫抓病现时有发生。现报告8例如下。临床资料 8例患者中,农村5例,城市3例。男3例,女5例。年龄1.5～53岁,平均年龄14.5岁。病程4个月～3年,平均1年1个月。8例患者均以淋巴结肿大来就诊,其中头颈部淋巴结肿大、肘部淋巴结肿大各2例,腋窝淋巴结肿大者3例,肘及腋窝淋巴结同时肿大者1例。最大的肿大淋巴结为4.5cm×3cm(腋窝),小者为0.5cm×0.5cm(颈部)。颈部肿大的淋巴结均在右侧胸锁乳突肌后缘中下段,质较硬,与周围组织粘连,有压痛。肘部肿大的淋巴结位于肘关节滑车内
At present, cats and dogs are growing more and more in families. Cat scratching diseases, which were rare in the past, have occurred at present. Now report 8 cases as follows.
