磷的比色一般采用二种方法:第一种是磷钼酸与磷钼钒酸的黄色反应(普通称为钒黄),第二种是将磷钼酸还原为蓝色反应(普通称为钼蓝)。第一种钒黄法比较容易掌握,颜色稳定;但在一般性的比色计上不易分辨,因此不能得到准确的结果。第二种钼蓝法分析步骤比较简单,灵敏度很高,可以得到准确的结果,在一般性的比色计上也能满足要求,但是稳定性较差,不够满意,所以在稳定性上做了几个试验如下。
