去年以来,受亚洲金融风波冲击,我国外贸出口下滑,引进外资项目与金额数下降,经济增长趋缓,加上国企改革进入攻坚阶段,种种挑战提示我们必须认真分析环境因素与政策因素,从宏观到微观均需采取切实的对策。今明两年,我国外贸战线为完成国民经济发展战略目标,任务十分艰巨,党中央、国务院多次强调指出,外经贸事业系国家之安危,面对内外环境的种种变数,笔者认为,优化实施大经贸战略是实现上述目标并获得可持续发展的关键、重大措施。 Since last year, due to the impact of the Asian financial turmoil, the decline in China’s foreign trade exports, the drop in the number of foreign-funded projects and the slowdown in economic growth and the stalemate in the reform of state-owned enterprises have prompted us to carefully analyze the environmental and policy factors, To the micro-are required to take effective measures.
