目的对小通草及其伪品(西南绣球)进行近红外分析,建立基于近红外漫反射光谱技术的快速、简便的鉴别方法。方法采用近红外一致性检验和聚类分析方法进行分析,预处理方法为矢量归一加二阶导数法,13点平滑,阈值3.6。结果在6 202.2~5 199.4 cm~(-1)、4 701.8~4 196.5 cm~(-1)谱段内,小通草及其伪品一致性检验、聚类分析结果与性状鉴定结果一致,可以据此进行鉴别。结论该方法可用于小通草与其伪品的鉴别,并对小通草的质量分析研究有一定意义。
Objective To investigate the near infrared spectroscopy of Petunia and its counterfeit products (Southwest Hydrangea), and to establish a rapid and simple identification method based on near infrared diffuse reflectance spectroscopy. The method was analyzed by near-infrared consistency test and cluster analysis method. The pretreatment method was vector normalization plus second derivative method, 13 points smoothing and the threshold was 3.6. Results In the bands of 6 202.2 ~ 5 199.4 cm ~ (4 701.8 ~ 4 196.5 cm ~ (-1)), the identities of Chaetomium and its counterfeit were tested. The results of cluster analysis were consistent with the results of character traits. Based on this identification. Conclusion The method can be used for the identification of Petunia and its fake products, and has certain significance for the quality analysis of Petunia.
