六西格玛是20世纪80年代中期提出的一种统计学标准差术语,是质量管理演进的产物[1]。由于某血液透析中心规模扩大,装修时设计人员缺乏医院环境卫生学知识,院感控制检查不达标。针对这一情况,我们采用了六西格玛管理理论,运用界定-测量-分析-改进-控制五步法[2],成立科室院感管理小组,分析其透析中心存在的隐患,细化各项管理措施,分工负责,改善透析环境,取得明显成效,现介绍如下。1六西格玛管理理论的应用
