各区、县级市人民政府,市府直属各单位:为加强我市市容环境卫生管理,提高环境质量和环卫队伍的素质,适应城市建设、市场经济发展、创建国家卫生城市的需要,特作如下通知:一、提高环卫临时工的福利待遇,以稳定环卫队伍。临时工应与正式工享受同等待遇,工资改革可按正式工工改序列执行,并分别纳入市、区级财政预算列支。二、取得广州市环卫荣誉证书并在广州市环卫部门办理退休手续的职工,按100%工资领取退休金,所需资金由环卫经费拨款渠道解决。三、为解决街道环卫经费不足,可适当提高居民、单位(机团、企事业、个体户)卫生费和单位垃圾代运费的收费
