以HZSM-5沸石作催化剂,应用常压液-固相酯化反应合成了乙酸丁酯。考察了催化剂用量、醇酸比、反应温度和反应时间对酯产率的影响。适宜的反应条件为:催化剂用量为0.30g/mol正丁醇、正丁醇/乙酸=1∶1.05(mol比)、反应温度110~120℃、反应时间5小时,所得酯产率在63%以上。产物的红外光谱分析表明,HZSM-5沸石催化剂在合成乙酸丁酯的反应中具有高选择性。
HZSM-5 zeolite as a catalyst, the application of atmospheric pressure liquid-solid phase esterification reaction of butyl acetate.
