睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者,心血管疾病发病率和病死率较高,可与心功能不全、高血压、肺动脉高压及缓慢性心律失常同时出现。睡眠呼吸暂停综合征合并冠心病者可出现心肌缺血。很多学者提出,伴缓慢性心律失常者病死率较高。本研究回顾性分析了伴和不伴夜间缓慢性心律失常的睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者的发病率和病死率。
Patients with sleep apnea syndrome, high incidence of cardiovascular disease and mortality, with cardiac insufficiency, hypertension, pulmonary hypertension and bradyarrhythmia occur simultaneously. Sleep apnea syndrome with coronary heart disease may appear myocardial ischemia. Many scholars have suggested that patients with bradyarrhythmias have a higher case fatality rate. This study retrospectively analyzed morbidity and mortality in patients with sleep apnea syndrome with or without nocturnal arrhythmia.
