“四个推动”指:用目标管理推动工作落实。要做好年初抓目标,年中抓督办,年底结总帐。部长(主任)与分管主席签订目标责任书,工作人员与部长(主任)签订目标责任书,用目标管理来推动工作落实;用先进典型推动工作落实。每一方面的工作,都要注意培养典型,注意发挥典型作用,培养典型要从头开始,在基层落实;用好作风推动工作落实。加强机关作风建设和干部队伍建设,不仅有利于促进机关工作效率的提高,更有利于解决工会机关化、行政化问题,树立工会良好的形象;用《工会法》来推动工作落实。修改后的《工会法》为工会工作的开展提供了法律保障,我们要很好地学习,善于用《工会
