转化农村初中数学学困生的几点尝试

农村中学数学学困生比较多的原因主要有:受城里私立学校的挤压,农村中学生源差,学习风气不好;留守儿童太多等。转化的方法主要有:注重培养他们对数学的学习兴趣;培养良好的师生关系,构造和谐的师生氛围;培养学困生良好的学习习惯和正确的学习方法;加强家校联系,双管齐下,共同合作;加强教师自身素质的提高,做好学困生的转化工作。 The reasons why there are more students with math problems in rural middle schools are mainly due to the squeezing of private schools in the cities, poor middle school students in rural areas, poor learning style, too many left-behind children and so on. The main methods of transformation are: focusing on cultivating their interest in mathematics; cultivating a good relationship between teachers and students, creating a harmonious atmosphere of teachers and students; cultivating good learning habits and correct learning methods for students with learning difficulties; strengthening family- Work together to enhance the quality of teachers themselves, do a good job in the transformation of students with learning difficulties.
