采用晶体管特性曲线图示仪可以方便地测量电容值,这对于工程试验和测试颇有价值。因为应用电容测试仪精密测量电容值比较繁琐,而图示仪可以迅速测定电容量大小,从200P直至数微法,其精度在工程上是足够的。图示仪测量电容,其原理基于图示仪中集电极扫描电压为50Hz全波整流后的脉动波,此100Hz脉动波峰值连续可调(以JT—1图示仪为例,峰值0~20V和0~200V二种连续可调)。它在零点附近斜率突然变化,因此可用来测量电容值。
