本文用TA2纯系小鼠及其可移植性乳腺癌模型,研究了用该瘤免疫绵羊而提取的免疫核酸(iRNA)制剂对高温疗法、放疗抗肿瘤效果的影响,探讨联合应用治疗小鼠乳腺癌的可能性。实验结果表明:高温、放射及iRNA三者单独使用时,其平均存活期分别为39.3天、40天、47.3天,皆高于对照组(23.5天);前期抑制率分别为57.5%,55.6%和44.7%,示该三者均能明显抑制肿瘤生长。高溫与iRNA联合,生存期为41天,抑制率为69.3%,抗癌作用(与单纯高温相比)无明显增强。放射+iRNA生存期63天,抑制率80.4%,抗癌作用比其单独应用明显增强。本文对上述结果进行了讨论,并认为采用如放疗与iRNA联合治疗可能更为有益。
In this study, we used TA2 pure mouse and its transplantable breast cancer model to study the effect of immune nucleic acid (iRNA) preparation extracted from sheep immunized with this tumor on the antitumor effect of hyperthermia therapy and radiotherapy, and explore the combination treatment of mouse mammary glands. This article discusses the above results and considers that it may be more beneficial to use a combination therapy such as radiotherapy and iRNA.
