本文应用彩色多普勒血流会聚法对20例室间隔缺损患者的分流进行了定量研究,并观察了不同混叠极限对其定量的影响。结果显示:混叠极限为71、58、46、37和29cm/s时血流会聚分流量与频谱多普勒法所计分流量相关性好(r=0.90~0.94,P<0.0001),与肺/体循环量也呈显著相关(r=0.59~0.65,P<0.01)。其中以混叠极限为58cm/s所求血流会聚分流量与频谱多普勒分流量最接近,分别为3.05±2.55L/min和2.94±1.96L/min(P>0.05)。彩色多普勒血流会聚法是一种可行、可靠的无创室间隔缺损分流全定量方法,受影响因素少,其准确性主要取决于混叠极限的正确选择。
In this paper, the color Doppler flow convergence method in 20 cases of ventricular septal defect in patients with shunt were quantitatively studied and observed the impact of different aliasing limit on its quantitative. The results showed that there was a good correlation between the fractional flow of blood flow and the fractional flow of Doppler spectrum at the aliasing limit of 71, 58, 46, 37 and 29 cm / s (r = 0.90-0.94, P < 0.0001), and the lung / body circulation was also significantly correlated (r = 0.59 ~ 0.65, P <0.01). Among them, the confluence threshold of 58cm / s was the closest to the spectral Doppler shunt, which were 3.05 ± 2.55L / min and 2.94 ± 1.96L / min, respectively (P> 0.05). Color Doppler flow convergence is a feasible and reliable method for non-invasive ventricular septal defect shunt full quantitative method, affected by fewer factors, the accuracy of which depends mainly on the correct choice of the aliasing limit.
