为了克服混凝土材料在路用时脆性高,抗疲劳性能较差等缺陷,采用了在普通混凝土材料中掺入短纤维制成复合材料的方法,其中应用比较广泛的是钢纤维混凝土。文章选用了3种不同类型的钢纤维,并且选取不同的体积掺量进行试验研究,讨论了不同形状的钢纤维和不同钢纤维的不同掺入量对于混凝土的抗压强度、抗折强度、劈拉强度以及韧度的不同影响,分析了钢纤维形状对于钢纤维混凝土性能的影响,得到了这些种类钢纤维的最优掺量。
In order to overcome the shortcomings of high brittleness and poor anti-fatigue performance of concrete materials in the road, we use the method of mixing short fibers into common concrete materials to make composite materials, of which steel fiber concrete is widely used. In this paper, three different types of steel fibers were selected, and different volume contents were selected for experimental study. The effects of different dosage of different shapes of steel fibers and different steel fibers on the compressive strength, flexural strength, Tensile strength and toughness, the influence of steel fiber shape on the properties of steel fiber reinforced concrete is analyzed, and the optimum dosage of these kinds of steel fiber is obtained.
