双面回油型液压凿岩机广泛应用于煤矿巷道的掘进中。液压冲击机构作为凿岩机的关键组成部件,其冲击特性直接影响凿岩机的使用性能。应用准稳态理论和有限差分理论,对凿岩机的冲击过程进行综合分析,并通过冲击过程数学模型的建立、数值计算等方法,对冲击过程进行了动态仿真。
Double-sided oil return hydraulic rock drill is widely used in tunneling of coal mine. As a key component of rock drill, the impact mechanism of hydraulic impact directly affects the performance of rock drill. The quasi-steady-state theory and finite difference theory are used to analyze the impact process of rock drill. Through the establishment of mathematical model of impact process and numerical calculation, the impact process is simulated dynamically.
