岸边集装箱起重机工作时,运行小车以重载高速往返运行于起重机前后主梁上,同时伴随着集装箱起升、下降等复杂运动过程。岸边集装箱起重机系统结构动态响应分析具有随时间变化的变质量、变刚度、变阻尼时变系统特征,是普通有限元计算分析软件无法解决的。本文根据岸边集装箱起重机工作特性,建立计算模型的运动方程,编制相应的动力计算软件,能够准确计算岸边集装箱起重机在小车运行过程中产生的时变响应,为岸边集装箱起重机开展动态研究与设计提供了可靠的计算工具,具有较高的实用性。
When the shore container crane is in operation, the operation trolley runs on the main girders before and after the crane with heavy-load high-speed and is accompanied by complicated movement processes such as container lifting and lowering. The dynamic response analysis of the quayside container crane system has the characteristics of time-varying variable mass, variable stiffness and variable damping time-varying system, which can not be solved by ordinary finite element analysis software. According to the working characteristic of the container crane at the bank, this paper establishes the equation of motion for the calculation model and compiles the corresponding power calculation software to accurately calculate the time-varying response of the container crane on the shore. Design provides a reliable calculation tool, with high practicality.
