用Ｑ９００自动图象分析系统测定了用（ＮＨ４）２ＷＳ４热分解制备的ＷＳ２颗粒的分形结构，得到ＷＳ２周边分维数Ｄｆ在１．０１５～１．０３２范围，表面分维数Ｄｓ在２．０１５～２．０３２范围，其分维数随着粒度减小而增大。给出了Ｄｆ、Ｄｓ与颗粒等效直径ｄ的关系，Ｄｆ、Ｄｓ可以作为ＷＳ２颗粒形状和大小的表征值 The fractal structure of WS2 particles prepared by thermal decomposition of (NH4) 2WS4 was measured by Q900 automatic image analysis system. The fractal dimension of WS2 around WS2 was obtained in the range of 1.015 ~ 1.032 and the fractal dimension Ds was 2.015 ~ 2.032, the fractal dimension increases with the decrease of particle size. The relationship between Df and Ds and the equivalent particle diameter d is given. Df and Ds can be used as the characterization of WS2 particle shape and size
