甲状旁腺素相关蛋白（ＰＴＨｒｐ）最初认为是肿瘤产物。目前发现ＰＴＨｒｐ可在许多正常组织中表达，通过自分泌和／或旁分泌发挥生理作用。本文介绍了ＰＴＨｒｐ的分布、基因及其调控、可能的作用机制及其在心血管系统中作用。
Parathyroid hormone-related protein (PTHrp) was originally thought to be a tumor product. PTHrp is currently found to be expressed in many normal tissues and exerts its physiological effects through autocrine and / or paracrine processes. This article describes the distribution of PTHrp, its genes and their regulation, possible mechanisms of action and their role in the cardiovascular system.
