一、前言能源、劳务费用增高和改善环境控制状况的要求,对日本的许多铝电解厂是一个极为沉重的负担。近二十年来,日本电费变化很大。近十年来,日本电费的增长速度异常迅速,由于环境发生了变化,因而决定了我们的研究对策: 第一,必须降低现有槽系列的电耗; 第二,研制新结构的节能型电解槽。现将坂出铝厂现有槽系列完成的节能结果叙述于下。如表1所示,我们已成功地使系列直流电耗降低了约0.5度/公斤铝,方法是采用新研制的电解槽代替原有电解槽。并采用了锂盐电解质和先进的计算机控制系统。
I. INTRODUCTION The demand for higher energy and labor costs and better conditions for environmental control are a heavy burden on many aluminum electrolytic plants in Japan.
