目的:评价该制剂杀灭成蚊的效果,为应用提供依据。方法:将该制剂分别以有效剂量150mg·ai/m~2和300mg·ai/m~2涂抹在三种载体表面,在实验室进行速杀和持续效果试验。结果:在玻璃、油漆木板、水泥三板面KT50是4.85min～7.72min、4.67min～7.64min、5.22min～9.95min;24小时死亡率分别为83.4％～100％、80％～100％、76.7％～100％。
Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of the preparation to kill adult mosquitoes and provide basis for its application. Methods: The preparation was smeared on the surface of three kinds of carriers with the effective dose of 150 mg · ai / m ~ 2 and 300 mg · ai / m ~ 2, respectively. Results: The KT50 of glass, paint wood and cement were 4.85min ~ 7.72min, 4.67min ~ 7.64min and 5.22min ~ 9.95min respectively. The mortality rates in 24 hours were 83.4% ~ 100%, 80% ~ 100%, 76.7% % ~ 100%.
