Pregnancy-induced hypertension (referred to as PIH) is an important complication of obstetrics, but also seriously endanger the lives and health of maternal and infant diseases. The basic pathological changes are systemic arteriolar spasm, so that lack of blood supply to various organs, especially the brain, heart, kidney, liver and placental ischemia, hypoxia, causing the pathophysiological changes of various organs. On the impact of pregnancy-induced hypertension on the heart, has drawn the attention of scholars. Tao Changsheng domestic recently reported 20 cases of severe preeclampsia and eclampsia in patients with ECG changes. The PIH patients with light, moderate and severe ECG changes, and follow-up observation, has not been reported. The author hospitalized in our hospital diagnosed with PIH patients, select the electrocardiogram data records 266 cases in detail, of which 69 cases were postpartum follow-up observation, and 300 cases of normal late pregnancy ECG changes in women as controls. Now the analysis of the results reported below. Materials and Methods 266 cases were 28 to 40 weeks of gestation or a few days after giving birth, mainly pregnant women, aged 24 to 32 years (mean 25.7 years). No history of hypertension and heart disease. The classification of pregnancy-induced hypertension, we propose the method according to Johnson classification and statistics. In this article 266 cases, mild in 166 cases, accounting for 62.4%; moderate in 74 cases, accounting for 27.8%; severe in 26 cases (including 18 cases of prenatal eclampsia, eclampsia during delivery of 4 cases, 4 cases of postpartum eclampsia ), Accounting for 9.8%. 300 cases of normal late pregnancy women, are 32 to 41 weeks of pregnancy, mainly pregnant women, aged 23 to 31 years (mean 25.9 years). Conventional tracing 9 to 12 leads, 69 patients were discharged from the hospital 2 to 12 months after the ECG was reviewed.
