在执行一般压力表国家监督抽查任务过程中,用材料学和统计学方法研究了压力表示值变化规律。试验结果以及统计数据表明,相对误差连线以逆时针形成闭合回路,压力表示值一般在反行程中间点达到最大值;超压试验使弹性元件产生了较大程度的残余变形,一定时间的自然时效和抗运输环境试验使弹性元件残余变形产生一定程度的回复;弹性元件材料的组织结构以及退火工艺的不同导致不同样本的压力表弹性元件抗残余变形能力差别很大。
In carrying out the task of supervision and spot check of general pressure gauges, the law of variation of pressure representation values was studied by means of material science and statistical methods.
