以硅藻土为载体,AgNO3溶液为反应液,采用真空热分解法制备载银硅藻土。利用X射线衍射分析表征了样品的结构。探讨了制备过程中影响银含量的因素。结果表明,硅藻土与AgNO3的质量比为10∶1时,浸渍时间为2h、热分解温度为350℃较为合适。以大肠杆菌为研究对象,对载银硅藻土的抗菌性能进行了定性和定量的检测。结果发现,载银硅藻土对大肠杆菌具有较强的抗菌性能,其最低抑菌浓度随银含量的增大而减小。对于大肠杆菌的杀菌效果,载银量为1.46%的硅藻土较为合适。
Using diatomite as carrier and AgNO3 solution as reaction solution, silver-loaded diatomite was prepared by vacuum thermal decomposition. The structure of the sample was characterized by X-ray diffraction analysis. The factors affecting the silver content in the preparation process were discussed. The results show that when the mass ratio of diatomite to AgNO3 is 10:1, the immersion time is 2h and the thermal decomposition temperature is 350 ℃. Taking Escherichia coli as the research object, the antimicrobial activity of silver-loaded diatomite was tested qualitatively and quantitatively. The results showed that silver loading diatomaceous earth has strong antimicrobial activity against E. coli, and its minimum inhibitory concentration decreases with the increase of silver content. For the bactericidal effect of Escherichia coli, diatomite containing silver amount of 1.46% is more appropriate.
