目的 在久治不孕的人工授精 (IUI)病例中检测出负性子宫内膜波状运动并采取措施 ,提高妊娠率。方法 通过观察IUI后即刻及 30min后宫腔内精子悬液的运动情况 ,判别子宫内膜的运动类型。对 17个负性子宫内膜波状运动周期行山莨菪碱抑制试验 ,分析山莨菪碱对负性子宫内膜波状运动的抑制作用及对妊娠率的影响。结果 在一组 5 7个周期的IUI资料中 ,负性子宫内膜波状运动占 6 1.4% ( 35 /5 7)。 17例行山莨菪碱抑制试验者中 ,负性子宫内膜波状运动消失 10例 ,妊娠率由 11.1%提高到 47.1%。结论 负性子宫内膜波状运动是导致IUI失败的原因之一 ,山莨菪碱对此有明显的抑制作用 ,并可提高妊娠率
Objective To detect negative endometrial wavy movements in cases of long-fertility infertility (IUI) and to take measures to improve the pregnancy rate. Methods By observing the intrauterine sperm suspension movement immediately after IUI and 30min, the type of endometrial movement was determined. Anisotropy test was performed on 17 negative endometrial wavy cycles, and the effect of anisodamine on the negative endometrial wavy motion and its effect on pregnancy rate were analyzed. Results In a series of 57 cycles of IUI data, negative endometrial wavy motion accounted for 6 1.4% (35/57). In 17 cases of testosterone testosterone inhibition, negative endometrial wavy motion disappeared in 10 cases, the pregnancy rate increased from 11.1% to 47.1%. Conclusions The negative endometrial wave motion is one of the causes of IUI failure. Anisodamine significantly inhibits this effect and enhances pregnancy rate
