近日,国土资源召开新闻发布会宣布,今年我国将在部分地区进行试点,为全面清理“小产权房”做制度和政策准备。一时间.将久争而未决的“小产权房”话题又一次推向了风口浪尖。“小产权房”这个概念是相对于“大产权房”而言,是指建设在农村集体土地上、由乡镇政府而不是国家颁发产权证的房产。房产权本来不分大小,只有一种定义,但由于我国的一些特色,形成了“小产权房”这一约定俗成的说法。
