目的应用药物体系质量评价模式,对基于药物体系的白芷中各有效指标性成分进行含量测定并进行关联分析,全面表征与评价白芷质量。方法采用HPLC-PDA法对白芷中绿原酸、花椒毒酚、佛手柑内酯、欧前胡素、异欧前胡素等5种有效指标性成分的含量进行同时测定。结果基于药物体系质量评价模式,对白芷中有效指标性成分含量及其相对比值进行质量表征,同时将不同批次饮片与经过药效验证的基准批次饮片进行关联度分析。结果表明,批次2、3、13、17、21中有效指标性成分含量总体高于基准批次饮片20,批次1、5、9、11、22、24中有效指标性成分含量与批次20接近,批次5、11、1、24、9、3、13、19与批次20质量关联度较高。综合质量表征及关联分析结果,批次3、13、2、17、21、1、5、9、11、22、24质量优良度位于前列。结论基于药物体系质量评价模式,以具有确切药效的白芷饮片为基准,对白芷质量进行关联分析研究,可全面地评价白芷饮片质量,优选白芷资源。
OBJECTIVE To evaluate the quality of Angelica dahurica by using the quality evaluation model of drug system and to determine the content of each effective index component of Angelica dahurica based on the drug system and to make correlation analysis. Methods HPLC-PDA method was used to determine the contents of five effective index components of Angelica dahuricae, chlorogenic acid, prickly ash toxin, bergapten, imperatorin and isoimperatorin. Results Based on the quality evaluation model of drug system, the content of effective index components in Angelica dahurica and its relative ratio were characterized, and the correlation analysis was made between the different batches and the benchmark batches verified by pharmacodynamics. The results showed that the effective index components in batches 2, 3, 13, 17, and 21 were generally higher than those in the benchmark batches. The effective index components in batches 1, 5, 9, 11, Times 20 close to the batch 5,11,1,24,9,3,13,19 batch 20 higher quality associated. Comprehensive quality characterization and correlation analysis results, lot 3,13,2,17,21,1,5,9,11,22,24 quality is good in the forefront. Conclusion Based on the drug quality evaluation model, Angelica sinensis Pieces with the exact efficacy as a benchmark, the correlation analysis of Angelica quality can be a comprehensive evaluation of the quality of Angelica Pieces, Angelica resources optimization.
