对5根混凝土梁进行受弯试验研究,比较分析采用不同胶体及不同纤维粘贴层数对碳纤维加固混凝土梁的承载力、刚度、延性、裂缝发展和分布以及破坏形态的影响。试验结果表明:试验采用的无机黏结材料MOC具有良好的黏结性能,能够用于粘贴碳纤维布加固补强混凝土构件;采用无机黏结材料粘贴碳纤维布后,加固梁的抗弯承载力明显提高,同时可以有效限制裂缝的开展,但加固梁的延性有所降低;随着碳纤维布粘贴层数的增加,加固梁的破坏模式由碳纤维布拉断破坏变为剥离破坏。
Five concrete beams were subjected to bending test. The effects of different colloid and different fiber layers on the bearing capacity, stiffness, ductility, crack development and distribution, and failure morphology of CFRP-reinforced concrete beams were analyzed. The test results show that MOC, an inorganic bonding material used in the experiment, has good bonding properties and can be used to bond carbon fiber sheets to reinforce and reinforce concrete members. After bonding carbon fiber sheets with inorganic bonding materials, the flexural strength of the reinforcing beams is obviously improved, But the ductility of the reinforced beam is reduced. With the increase of the number of layers of carbon fiber cloth, the damage mode of the reinforced beam is changed from broken by carbon fiber cloth to peeling.
