目的:研究三叶茀蕨中的挥发性成分。方法:热回流提取法提取三叶茀蕨中的挥发性成分,采用GC-MS对其进行分析鉴定。结果:从三叶茀蕨挥发性成分中分析鉴定了34个化合物,并得到了其相对百分含量。结论:三叶茀蕨的挥发性成分中主要包括脂肪酸酯类化合物,并以甲酯和乙酯居多。
Objective: To study the volatile constituents in the fern. Methods: The volatile components were extracted by hot reflux extraction method and analyzed by GC-MS. RESULTS: Thirty-four compounds were identified from the volatile constituents of Trifolium pratense and their relative percentages were obtained. Conclusion: The main components of the volatile constituents of Silybum marianum are fatty acid esters, with methyl ester and ethyl ester mostly.
