目的:建立跌打活血散中羟基红花黄色素A的含量测定方法。方法:采用Phenomsil C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,以甲醇-乙腈0.7%磷酸(26:3:71)为流动相;柱温35℃;流速:1.0 ml·min~(-1);检测波长为403 nm。结果:羟基红花黄色素A在15.65~156.5μg·ml~(-1)范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=O.999 8),平均回收率为97.96%,RSD为1.56%。结论:本法简便、准确、重复性好,可作为跌打活血散的质量评价依据。
Objective: To establish a method for determining the content of hydroxysafflor yellow A in Chinese traditional medicine. METHODS: The mobile phase consisted of Phenol C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm), methanol-acetonitrile 0.7% phosphoric acid (26: 3: 71) (-1); detection wavelength is 403 nm. Results: The linear range of hydroxysafflor yellow A was in the range of 15.65-156.5 μg · ml -1 (r = 0.999 8). The average recovery was 97.96% and the RSD was 1.56%. Conclusion: This method is simple, accurate and reproducible. It can be used as the basis for the quality evaluation of Bu Da Huoxue San.
