目的了解温州市德国小蠊自然品系对高效氯氰菊酯等4种杀虫剂的抗药性。方法药膜法,测定德国小蠊成虫的半数击倒时间(KT50)。结果德国小蠊自然品系对高效氯氰菊酯、氯菊酯的抗药性最高,抗性倍数分别为5.8、5.2;其次为溴氰菊酯和残杀威,抗性倍数分别为4.2、2.8。自然品系与正常品系抗药性测定结果进行比较,经配对t检验,差异有统计学意义(t=9.527,P=0.002﹤0.05)。结论自然品系对4种杀虫剂存在不同程度的抗药性,其中高效氯氰菊酯、氯菊酯处于中等抗性水平。
Objective To understand the resistance of 4 natural insecticides, such as beta-cypermethrin, in the natural strains of German cockroach in Wenzhou. Methods The membrane method was used to determine the half-knock-down time (KT50) of adult German cockroach. Results The natural resistance of Blattella germanica had the highest resistance to beta-cypermethrin and permethrin, with the resistance multiples of 5.8 and 5.2, respectively, followed by deltamethrin and propoxur. The resistance multiples were 4.2 and 2.8 respectively. The natural strains were compared with those of the normal strains. The paired t test showed that there was significant difference (t = 9.527, P = 0.002 <0.05). Conclusion The natural strains have different levels of resistance to four insecticides, of which beta-cypermethrin and permethrin are moderately resistant.
