1柴油机缸套开裂车用6105Q型柴油发动机,该柴油机为湿式汽缸套,缸盖采用二缸一盖,第Ⅲ、Ⅳ缸为一个缸盖。在一个月的时间里该机连续5次出现汽缸套开裂的现象,并且都是第Ⅳ缸的汽缸套发生开裂。汽缸套开裂换新后,发动机运行不到l O00km,汽缸套又发生了开裂现象。并且每一次断裂的位置都在同一处,在临近第Ⅲ缸过梁处的一侧,汽缸套的退刀槽处发生断裂现象。一旦出现此故障,便接二连三地发生断裂,且故障难以得到彻底根除。通过对该柴油机进行检查,没有发现汽缸套存在维修不当及质量问题,在重新镶配新汽缸
