针对油管内壁存在损伤而又缺乏有效检测和评判手段的现实,提出了超声波测厚和内窥观察两种油管内壁损伤检测方案,研制了一套内窥式油管内壁损伤成像仪。根据实际检测和统计分类,将内壁损伤规则化为沟槽、孔洞和片蚀三种类型。分析了三类损伤的应力集中情况和断裂力学性能。基于双判据法提出了内壁损伤油管承载能力降低系数的概念和计算方法。参照压力容器缺陷评定规范和飞行器损伤容限评定经验,提出了油管内壁损伤评判方法,编制了相应的评判软件。
In view of the fact that the inner wall of the tubing is damaged and lacking the means of effective detection and evaluation, two testing methods of the inner wall damage of the tubing are proposed, including ultrasonic thickness measurement and endoscopic observation. A set of endoscopic tubing damage imaging system is developed. According to the actual test and statistical classification, the damage of the inner wall is regularized into three types of grooves, holes and eclipse. The stress concentration and fracture mechanics properties of the three kinds of damage were analyzed. Based on the double criterion method, the concept and calculation method of reducing coefficient of bearing capacity of tubing with damaged inner wall are proposed. With reference to the evaluation criteria of pressure vessel defects and aircraft damage tolerance assessment, a method of judging the damage of the inner wall of the tubing was proposed and the corresponding evaluation software was prepared.
