目的:研究复方石榴籽油对糖尿病小鼠血脂异常的改善作用。方法:采用腹腔注射链脲佐菌素(STZ,120 mg·kg-1)联合长期高脂饲料喂养,构建C57BL/6J小鼠2型糖尿病模型。普通饲料喂养的小鼠为正常组,高脂饲料喂养小鼠根据血脂水平随机分为6组,即模型组、血脂康组、石榴籽油组、紫苏籽油组、复方石榴籽油低、高剂量组,每组18只。灌胃(ig)给药,qd,连续6个月。于实验给药2,4,6个月时,眼眶取血,检测各组小鼠血浆中胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(LDL-C)。结果:模型组小鼠血浆中的TC,TG和LDL-C水平较正常组显著升高(P<0.001);与模型组相比,复方石榴籽油低、高剂量组小鼠血浆中TC,TG和LDL-C水平显著降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001,P<0.01,P<0.05)。且复方石榴籽油组在给药4个月对TC和TG的降低大于单味药组,在给药6个月对LDL-C的降低大于单味药组。结论:复方石榴籽油可有效的调血脂、控制体重,且在给药4个月以上时其作用优于石榴籽油、紫苏籽油。
Objective: To study the effect of compound pomegranate seed oil on dyslipidemia in diabetic mice. Methods: C57BL / 6J mice with type 2 diabetes were established by intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin (STZ, 120 mg · kg-1) and long-term high-fat diet. Normal mice were fed with normal diet. The mice fed with high fat diet were randomly divided into 6 groups according to their blood lipid levels: model group, Xuezhikang group, pomegranate seed oil group, perilla seed oil group, compound pomegranate seed oil, High-dose group, each group of 18. Gavage (ig) administration, qd, for 6 consecutive months. At 2, 4, and 6 months after the experiment, blood was collected from the orbit, and the levels of plasma TC, TG and LDL-C in the mice were measured. Results: Compared with model group, TC, TG and LDL-C levels in plasma of model group were significantly higher than those of normal group (P <0.001) TG and LDL-C levels were significantly lower, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.001, P <0.01, P <0.05). The reduction of TC and TG in the compound pomegranate seed oil group at 4 months of administration was greater than that of the single herb group, and the reduction of LDL-C at 6 months of administration was greater than that of the single herb group. Conclusion: The compound pomegranate seed oil can effectively regulate blood fat and control body weight, and its effect is superior to that of pomegranate seed oil and perilla seed oil when administered for more than 4 months.
