去年以来,我们根据中宣部、国家计委和全国总工会关于在企业职工中进行基本国情与基本路线教育的要求,经过调查分析,编写教材,组织试点,培训骨干的充分准备后,1990年从下半年开始在全局铺开。目前,全局有146个单位开展了脱产轮训,共办“双基”教育轮训班548期,轮训青工12935人,党员12766人,分别占应训人数的39.5％和59.4％。
