研究了转子热弯曲及其对振动影响的数值分析方法。采用三维有限元法计算轴的温度场及热弯曲变形,或采用一阶振型分配法估算轴的热弯曲变形,采用传递矩阵法计算热弯曲振动响应,计算结果与有关理论解吻合良好。这些方法在热弯曲试验器分析中得到了验证。本文提出的数值分析方法可以用于实际发动机转子热弯曲及其影响的分析
The thermal bending of the rotor and its numerical analysis on the vibration are studied. The three-dimensional finite element method is used to calculate the temperature field and the thermal bending deformation of the shaft or the first-order mode assignment method to estimate the thermal bending deformation of the shaft. The thermal bending vibration response is calculated by the transfer matrix method. The calculated results agree well with the theoretical solutions. These methods have been validated in the thermal bending tester analysis. The numerical analysis method proposed in this paper can be used to analyze the thermal bending of the actual engine rotor and its influence
