提出将激光位移传感器应用于电子式万能试验机横梁位移误差检定的创新方法,解决了常规检定方法中标准器具量程不足、测量准确度较低,以及标准器具固定困难、测试手段复杂等问题。经实际应用,该方法操作便捷、数据可靠,为电子式万能试验机横梁位移误差的检定方法提供了一种新的参考。
An innovative method of laser displacement sensor is put forward for the displacement error verification of beam in electronic universal testing machine. The problems such as lack of standard measuring range, low measuring accuracy, difficulty of fixing standard equipment and complicated testing methods are solved. The practical application of the method is convenient and reliable, which provides a new reference for the verification method of the displacement error of the beam of electronic universal testing machine.
