复杂的工业现场都存在大量的干扰,且大部分的工业过程对象都为大滞后过程。简单的单回路控制策略以及传统的PID控制算法在控制工业中的大滞后过程时常常会有振荡和超调等现象,且鲁棒性不佳。将传统的双重控制系统加以改进,并将预测PI算法结合到此控制策略中进行理论研究和在线仿真,得到的良好仿真结果表明基于预测PI的新型双重控制策略具有良好的鲁棒性和稳定性且抗干扰能力强,同时将此系统运用到实际的工业现场取得了良好的控制效果。
There is a great deal of disruption in complex industrial sites and most of the industrial process objects are lagging behind. Simple single-loop control strategies and traditional PID control algorithms often have oscillations and overshoots in the control of large lag processes in industry, and their robustness is poor. The traditional double control system is improved, and the predictive PI algorithm is integrated into this control strategy for theoretical research and on-line simulation. The good simulation results show that the new dual control strategy based on predictive PI has good robustness and stability And anti-interference ability, at the same time this system is applied to the actual industrial scene has achieved good control effect.
