为了更好地调动女职工的积极性,维护女职工的合法权益和特殊利益,今年6月,峰峰矿务局在全局26个单位开展了对女职工劳动保护状况的调查。万年矿、三矿女职工委员会都下发了调查问卷,邯郸洗选厂女职工委员会直接走访女工100多人次,全厂一半以上的女工都接受了不同形式的调查。为了掌握基层的真实情况,峰峰局工会女工部还深入到羊渠沟矿、牛儿庄矿、梧桐庄矿、四矿社区管理处、峰煤电业公司、六零七厂、局直机关行政处,召开了女职工代表座谈会8场,参加人数65人,并到羊渠沟矿焦化厂、四矿焦化厂、峰煤电业公司的生产一线女工岗位进行了实地调查。现将调查情况报告如下:
In order to better mobilize the enthusiasm of female workers and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of female workers and special interests, in June this year, Fengfeng Mining Bureau conducted a survey on the labor protection status of female employees in 26 units across the globe. Wannian Mine and Minmetals Women Workers Commission all issued questionnaires. The Women Workers Committee of Handan Washing Factory directly visited over 100 women workers. More than half of the workers in the whole factory accepted different forms of investigation. In order to grasp the real situation at the grassroots level, the women’s department of the trade union of Fengfeng Bureau went deep into the villages of Shengtanggou Mine, Niu Erzhuang Mine, Wutongzhuang Mine, the Fourth Minerals Community Management Office, Feng Coal and Electricity Company, the No. 6 Factory and the Directorate Administrative Office, held a forum of female staff representatives eight games, the number of participants 65, and went to Yangqu ditch coking plant, four coal coking plant, peak coal electric company production line women workers positions were investigated.
