2011年起,内地新疆中职班(简称“内职班”)招生,越来越多的学生远离家乡,去内地求学。这些学生长期寄宿学校,校园已然是他们成长成才成功的重要平台。但由于一些原因,部分内职班学生很难融入校园文化中。本文从校园文化意义入手,分析内职班学生无法融入校园文化的原因,从学校管理者、教师和学生三层面探索内职班学生融入校园文化的路径。
Since 2011, the mainland secondary vocational schools in Xinjiang (referred to as “in-service classes ”) enrollment, more and more students away from home to study in the Mainland. Long-term boarding schools and campuses for these students are already an important platform for their success. However, for some reasons, some part-time students find it hard to integrate into campus culture. This article starts with the significance of campus culture, analyzes the reasons why the students in vocational schools can not integrate into the campus culture, and probes into the path of integrating vocational students into the campus culture from the three aspects of school administrators, teachers and students.
