目的:探讨二磷酸腺苷(ADP)对细胞的促生长作用.方法:用间接免疫荧光法观察ADP对BSC-1细胞骨架成分的影响.结果:在用ADP前,荧光下非洲绿猴肾上皮细胞(BSC-1)的细胞骨架中角质蛋白纤维成分8(CYTOKERATIN8,CK8)以星形位于细胞核周围,ADP作用2MIN后,CK8开始伸长,6H后伸长到最大程度,充满整个细胞,12H后开始萎缩,24H后CK8又以星形位于细胞核的周围.而其它细胞骨架成分未见变化.结论:ADP是肾小管上皮细胞最强的一种有丝分裂源.“,”Objective: Our aim was to evaluate the role of adenosine diphosphate (ADP) on the cytoskeleton of kidney epithelial cells.
