Objective: To analyze the analgesic effect and lactation function of different analgesic methods after cesarean section. Methods: A total of 220 maternal women delivered by cesarean section from February 2009 to February 2011 were randomly divided into observation group (110 cases) and control group (110 cases). Epidural catheter was used in the observation group to induce analgesia A solution of 100 ml (including 20 ml of 0.74% bupivacaine, 2.5 mg of droperidol, 100 μg of fentanyl) was used in the control group, followed by analgesia with intramuscular dolantin (pethidine) for postoperative pain. Results: The two groups of analgesic effect, postpartum lactation time and lactation frequency, P <0.05), the difference was statistically significant. CONCLUSIONS: After epidural delivery, epidural catheter is used to inject analgesic solution into analgesia pump, which is conducive to postpartum lactation. The analgesic effect is obviously superior to that of conventional intramuscular injection of dolantin.
