在化工设备、压力容器等的生产中,根据焊接要求,要对毛坯加工出不同形状的坡口。常用的坡口加工方法有机械切削法和热切割法。本文介绍一种新的坡口加工设备-滚剪倒角机。滚剪倒角机是根据滚剪原理制成的,它由滚剪刀、传动箱、调整机构、定位支承和压紧机构以及机架等部分组成。滚剪刀类似单角成形铣刀,如图1所示。但其端面无刀刃,工作原理与铣刀截然不同。圆锥面上的刀刃在工作时,并不起切削作用,而且通过与工件的接触挤压,把部分动力传递给工件,使工件产生进给运动。其主切削刃为端面与锥面上的刀齿相交而形成的刀刃,主切削刃的滚剪与工件的进给运动结合,实现滚剪作用。

Commonly used beveling methods are mechanical cutting method and thermal cutting method. This article describes a new groove processing equipment - roller shear chamfering machine. Rolling shear chamfering machine is based on the principle of rolling shear, which consists of rolling scissors, gearbox, adjusting mechanism, positioning support and compression mechanism and the rack and other components. Roll scissors similar single-angle forming cutter, shown in Figure 1. But its end without blade, the working principle and milling cutter are totally different. Conical surface of the blade at work, does not afford cutting, but also by contact with the workpiece extrusion, the part of the power transmitted to the workpiece, the workpiece feed movement. The main cutting edge is a cutting edge formed by the intersection of the tooth on the end surface and the conical surface. The rolling cutting of the main cutting edge is combined with the feeding movement of the workpiece to realize the rolling scissor action.
