QJ—250型灌注桩钻孔机是应郑州黄河公路大桥建设工程的需要,由郑州勘察机械厂设计研究制造的,它适用于松散地层,粘泥层,沙砾层,破碎层和软硬岩层等多种地质条件的大直径灌注桩施工,是大直径桥桩孔或其它各种大直径孔的成孔机械理想设备。该机于一九八四年三月完成样机,交付大桥工地进行试验,现已交付五台,在建桥工程中完成了八十四个直径为2.2米,深度为55米—60米桩孔的砂类土、粘性土地层的钻孔施工,钻机工作情况良好,并于一九八四年十一月二十四日通过了部级鉴定。会议认为:1.QJ—250型灌注桩钻孔机设计新颖,
The QJ-250 cast-in-place pile drilling machine was designed and researched by the Zhengzhou Investigation Machinery Plant in response to the needs of the Zhengzhou Yellow River Highway Bridge construction project. It is suitable for loose formations, slime layers, gravel layers, crushing layers, and soft and hard rock formations. The construction of large-diameter cast-in-place piles with various geological conditions is the ideal equipment for forming large-diameter bridge pile holes or other large-diameter holes. The aircraft completed the prototype in March 1984 and was delivered to the bridge site for testing. It has now delivered five sets. Eighty-four holes with a diameter of 2.2 meters and a depth of 55-60 meters have been completed in the bridge construction project. The drilling of the sand and viscous soil layers was performed well. The drilling rig worked well and passed the ministerial appraisal on November 24, 1984. The meeting believed that: 1.
