新版《工程设计资质标准》(征求意见稿)目前由住建部下发各地征求意见。其中建筑工程设计事务所资质标准提出,一名从事工程设计10年以上的一级注册建筑师作为合伙人,即可开设合伙制建筑设计事务所。此版标准是在2007年颁发的《工程设计资质标准》的基础上进行修订后出台的。征求意见时间截止8月5日。此文只涉及设计事务所资质。与旧版的事务所资质标准相比,新版依然分为建筑、结构和机电设计事务所3类,且只设甲级。3 The new version of “Engineering Design Qualification Standards” (Draft) currently issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urbanities for comment.
