目的分析研究广西莪术种内不同颜色挥发油以及所含化学成分。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取广西莪术挥发油,毛细管柱GC法进行分离,归一化法测定其质量分数,MS法鉴定化学成分。结果广西莪术种内各种不同颜色挥发油,既存在共有挥发油成分,又存在非共有挥发油成分,检出色谱峰个数差别也较大,总共鉴定出29个化合物。结论挥发油的不同颜色与所含的化学成分和有效成分存在一定相关性。本研究结果可为莪术挥发油的质量控制及选育广西莪术优良新品种提供科学依据。
Objective To analyze and study the chemical constituents of the volatile oils in different colors of Curcuma species Guangxi. Methods Volatile oil from Curcuma phabileta was extracted by steam distillation and separated by GC. The mass fraction was determined by normalization method. The chemical constituents were identified by MS method. Results Different kinds of volatile oils in Curcuma species of Guangxi showed that there were both common volatile oil components and non-common volatile oil components, and the number of detected peaks was quite different. A total of 29 compounds were identified. Conclusion The different colors of volatile oil have some correlation with the chemical components and active ingredients contained. The results of this study may provide a scientific basis for the quality control of Curcuma longa volatile oil and the breeding of new varieties of Curcuma.
