由渐开线齿轮和以它作为刀具所展成加工的环面蜗杆相配,所构成的相错轴传动称为渐开线型环面蜗杆传动,简称TI型蜗杆传动。本文仅就这种传动的瞬时接触线形状和分布作一些粗浅的探讨,并将分析及计算方法用于解决下列三个问题: 1)用于在TI型环面蜗杆传动设计中,螺旋角大小的正确选择。 2)用于在采用TI型蜗杆砂轮(或珩轮)进行磨齿(或珩齿)新工艺时,轴线夹角的正确选择。 3)采用横向(径向)剃齿法的专用剃齿刀,其齿形和齿向修正量的计算方法。
By the involute gear and it as a tool to be processed by the development of the toroidal worm match, the composition of the phase-by-shaft drive called involute worm gear, referred to as TI worm drive. In this paper, only some brief discussions are made on the shape and distribution of the instantaneous contact line of this kind of transmission, and the methods of analysis and calculation are used to solve the following three problems: 1) For the design of the toroidal drive of TI type, The right choice. 2) Correct choice of angle between axes for new gear grinding (or honing) processes using TI worm wheels (or honing wheels). 3) the use of horizontal (radial) shaving method of special shaving cutter, tooth profile and tooth correction method of calculating.
