作者运用热弹性流体动力润滑理论(TEHL),联立求解雷诺方程、弹性方程及能量方程,对渐开线圆柱齿轮齿面接触区的油膜形状、压力分布、油膜内闪温分布进行了理论分析及完全数值求解,得到了任一啮合位置接触区内最大的闪现温度。与此同时,作者运用H.Blok的一维热冲击简化模型也求得了接触区内的最大闪温,并将两种方法及其结果进行了分析和比较。这对于进一步研究齿轮的胶合失效机理,提高齿轮胶合承载能力,更好地进行齿轮的优化设计是有益的。
The authors used the theory of thermoelastic fluid dynamic lubrication (TEHL) to solve the Reynolds equation, the elastic equation and the energy equation simultaneously, and theoretically analyzed the shape and pressure distribution of the oil film and the flash temperature distribution in the oil film in the contact area of the involute cylindrical gear. And completely solved numerically, the maximum flash temperature in the contact area of any meshing position is obtained. In the meantime, the author uses H.Blok’s one-dimensional thermal shock model to obtain the maximum flash temperature in the contact zone. The two methods and their results are analyzed and compared. This is beneficial for further research on the mechanism of gear failure, improving the gearing carrying capacity and optimizing the gear design.
